Products cannot be returned or exchanged. ALL sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If there is an error with your order (missing an item or you were sent something you did not order) please contact info@kei2fitness.com within 3 days of receipt. I will replace unused defective items. After 3 days ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Shipping: Orders will ship within 5 business days of purchase date. If you place an order and provide Kei 2 Fitness Essentials with the incorrect address and your package is shipped, and returned due to incorrect address, customer is responsible to pay a reshipping fee, to have the item reshipped to the correct address.

Discount Codes: Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout- You must press "Apply" to see the order total update. We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted. Only one code can be used on a purchase.

Order Cancellations: Once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled, please be sure your select the correct item and/or size, and make sure your address is correct.
